Happy Labor Day weekend, we will be cooking for the Texas Labor Counsel to be served on Monday!!

This is our biggest fest yet, feeding about 1000, people!!

20 dz eggs, 3,50lb bags of beans, 6,50lbs of taters, 4,10lb bags of onions, half cord of pecan wood, 20 jars mustered, 20jars Mayo, 31jars relish, and 6 case of brisket not yet pictured!!
