Took 2 chicken halves and coated with duey jerk seasoning Saturday. Today I cooked on the grill and basted with water/vinegar/salt/lemon juice/butter mixture. So tasty.

How do you prepare your steak? I typically take ours of freezer the night before. Leave it on counter and season with Duey Jerk in the morning. Leave on counter rest of day til ready to cook. However the last few times I’ve done the first several steps and after I season, I put it back in fridge for 2 to 3 days. What a game changer!!

Do you season yours after cooking it, right before cooking it, or several hours before?

One of our good friends shared a dish she made. She and her family are awesome hunters. She and her husband both got their turkeys already this week in PA. And this is what she made with the turkey and duey jerk seasoning. Forest to table. BBQ pulled turkey!
