Happy belated birthday, Cat! 🎉 We had a wonderful evening celebrating at Stables in Terre Haute. The atmosphere was fantastic, and while the prime rib didn’t quite measure up to Dave Wolf’s at the Hampden Bar, the experience gave us plenty of great ideas for elevating your food and dining experience for your private events.

I’d like to thank everyone who wished me a happy birthday, told me to get well soon, and—best of all—offered their deepest regrets. I had a truly wonderful day and ended it with some baby back ribs.
