We are currently sold out of Gouda smoked cheese, that actually turned out to be a better seller than the Pepperjack.

Once the weather isn’t 15 degrees South of the sun I will be getting cheese ordered and on the smoker.

Meanwhile there is still Pepperjack and Cheddar available along with multiple varieties of nuts!!
