Our bourbon starts in Kansas, in the heart of America, where it is specially distilled according to the highest of standards. It is then brought back to Chicagoland where it is aged in specially-prepared Minnesota White Oak Barrels. We spiral cut, double toast, and char the barrels so that each glass exudes character, like our hometown of Chicago.
