1 cup strawberry yogurt
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
Extra strawberries for topping
Instructions
Crush the cookies with the freeze-dried strawberries until crumbly.
Mix the crumbs with melted butter until evenly coated, then set aside.
Prepare the vanilla pudding by whisking pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.

½ cup water
4 large flour tortillas
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
1 cup Nacho Cheese Doritos, lightly crushed
½ cup sour cream
½ cup nacho cheese sauce or queso
1 cup shredded lettuce
½ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup sliced jalapeños, optional
¼ cup diced red onion, optional
Instructions

Step 1: Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain extra grease.

Step 2: Add taco seasoning and water. Stir and simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened.

Step 3: Warm the tortillas slightly so they fold easily.

Step 4: Spread a spoonful of sour cream and queso in the center of each tortilla.

MINI CHICKEN POT PIE BISCUIT CUPS! EASY, COZY & KID-APPROVED! šŸ˜‹šŸ„§āœØ
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 can chicken breast, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tube Pillsbury Grands refrigerated biscuits
Optional seasonings: black pepper, onion powder, thyme, garlic powder, or a little salt

Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease 8 slots of a regular muffin tin. Drain the canned chicken really well, then mix it in a bowl with the thawed vegetables and cream of chicken soup.

Add a little black pepper, onion powder, thyme, garlic powder, or any seasonings your family likes. Go light on the salt since the soup and canned chicken already have some.

Open the biscuits and flatten each one into a larger round. Press each biscuit firmly into the muffin tin, making sure the dough goes up the sides like a little cup. Spoon a generous amount of the creamy chicken mixture into each biscuit cup.
Pull the biscuit dough slightly up toward the center so it holds the filling. Bake for about 20–22 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through. Let them rest for about 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
