CHEESY GARLIC LOADED HASHBROWNS! CRISPY, CHEESY & EASY!
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Lightly grease a baking dish or line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Spread thawed hashbrowns into the dish or pan in an even layer.
Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and a little paprika.
Toss or mix well until the hashbrowns are evenly coated.
Bake for 25ā30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the edges start getting crispy.
Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the hashbrowns.
Add cooked bacon bits, green onions, or diced sausage if desired.
Return to the oven for 5ā8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Broil for 1ā2 minutes for an extra crispy, golden top.
Let rest for 3ā5 minutes, then serve warm with sour cream or ranch if desired.
