POPCORN CHICKEN MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE! CRISPY, CREAMY & EASY! 🍗🥔🧀✨
Ingredients
1 bag frozen popcorn chicken, 24–28 ounces
4 cups prepared mashed potatoes
1 cup corn, drained or frozen
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chicken gravy
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon paprika, optional
Green onions, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Bake or air fry the popcorn chicken according to package directions until crispy.
Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Spread the mashed potatoes evenly into the bottom of the dish.
Sprinkle corn over the mashed potatoes.
Drizzle chicken gravy over the corn and potatoes.
Sprinkle garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika over the top.
Add shredded cheddar cheese.
Place crispy popcorn chicken pieces over the cheese layer.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Drizzle with extra warm gravy before serving if desired.
Top with green onions for extra flavor
