Ingredients

1 bag frozen popcorn chicken, 24–28 ounces
4 cups prepared mashed potatoes
1 cup corn, drained or frozen
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chicken gravy
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon paprika, optional
Green onions, optional

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Bake or air fry the popcorn chicken according to package directions until crispy.

Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Spread the mashed potatoes evenly into the bottom of the dish.

Ingredients

12 slider rolls or Hawaiian rolls
¾ cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, optional
30–40 pepperoni slices
3 tablespoons butter, melted
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, optional

Optional Add-Ins

Cooked sausage
Black olives
Bell peppers
Jalapeños
Mushrooms
Extra cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.

Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.

½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag frozen tater tots, 28–32 ounces

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cook ground beef, onion, and bell pepper in a large skillet over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain extra grease.

12 ounces pasta, cooked just until firm
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup pepperoni slices
½ cup sliced black olives, optional
½ cup diced bell peppers, optional
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, optional

Instructions

Cook the ground beef or Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
