Savory Herb Scones: Perfect for Soups! 🥣

You'll need 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup of cold unsalted butter (cubed), 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary (chopped), 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme (chopped), and 1 cup of milk.
