On the menu this week: Sweet & Spicy Turkey!
This is an oldies recipe that we've given a new name to, I used to call this one "turkey sloppy joe", but it's been a favorite for a long time. We cook down ground turkey w/onions, bell peppers & celery, season with salt & pepper, then add primal buffalo sauce and honey. The flavor is undeniably sweet & spicy! We serve this with a side of green beans and pair with your choice of carbohydrates.

On the menu this week: Beef Burrito Bowl! This one is a classic favorite, simple, yummy and packed with protein. We start with 90/10 ground beef and season lightly with a taco blend (seasonings always gluten and MSG-free!). We then cook it down with black beans, corn, and salsa; this js served over your choice of rice.
