Fire in the Mountains 2026 is officially in the books! What an incredible four days of selling BBQ, and thanks to all of you, we sold out every single day. Our little KayCo BBQ family is leaving the Fire in the Mountains Festival with our hearts full of love, appreciation, and gratitude.

Over the course of the festival, we had the privilege of working alongside some amazing local and traveling vendors while serving incredible concertgoers from all over the world. The support, kind words, positive feedback, and smiles made every long day worth it. It was such a blast and an honor to team up with local vendors like Glacier Sweet Sips, The Rogue Grill, The Fast and the Birria, Tonya and Mariah Whitegrass and others to provide the venue with some amazing food and services. We met some amazing people and built new friendships, that we are extremely grateful for.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, shared a meal with us, and supported our small family business. We can’t wait to see you all again next year!

WHAT. A. WEEKEND!! 😅

A huge thank you to 4-H for trusting KayCo BBQ to cater your end-of-fair meal. Serving 250 meals was no small task, but we were honored to be part of such a special event and appreciate the opportunity.

We also want to thank all of our amazing customers at North American Indian Days for stopping by our trailer, selling us out night after night, leaving great reviews, and supporting our small family business. The support from our community means more to us than we can put into words.

We are incredibly grateful, incredibly blessed, and if we’re being honest… incredibly TIRED! 😂🔥

Thank you all for making this week one we’ll never forget. We appreciate every plate purchased, every kind word, and every recommendation shared.

Now it’s time for a little recovery before we do it all again.

We survived the catering rush and finally recovered! After yesterday’s catering event, we’ve caught our breath, got caught up, and are ready to do it all over again.

The smokers are rolling and the ribs are already smoking on this beautiful morning! 🍖☀️

Be sure to stop by KayCo BBQ, located in the northwest corner of the food court at North American Indian Days this afternoon.

Today’s Menu:

Grand Entry- $25
Half rack of ribs, baked beans, salad of the day, and cornbread.

Chief’s Choice- $16
Pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, coleslaw, and cornbread.

Smoke Signal- $18 ‼️SOLD OUT ‼️
Chopped brisket sandwich, baked beans, and salad of the day and cornbread.

Chicken Dancer- $19 (dinner only)
Smoked chicken quarter, baked beans, salad of the day, and cornbread.

Smoked Sausage Plate- $14
(Beef or Jalapeño Cheddar)
Served with salad of the day, baked beans, and cornbread.

Here is a list of what we will have, if you’re wanting the regular menu we will be back full swing tomorrow afternoon. Sorry about that.
