I may have already developed a tiny obsession with this new camera… and apparently the farm is now my personal photography studio. 😂🐓🦆📷

From ducks cruising the pond to chickens doing their chicken thing—and yes, even catching Andrew out mowing—there are officially no safe spaces from the camera anymore. 🤣

I’ve always loved capturing our everyday farm life, but I have a feeling you’re about to see A LOT more of it!

The big kids are in full swing back at school and apparently Porter still isn’t quite sure how he feels about this whole arrangement. 🥺❤️

One minute he’s sad watching his big siblings head off to school, and the next he’s outside chasing the ducks & soaking up a beautiful sunrise… then somehow surrounded by toys in the kitchen because, well… apparently the kitchen is STILL a construction site as Porter has ALL his tools out. 😂🚧

Our days are a little chaotic right now, but there’s something pretty sweet about this season of life! Messy floors, early mornings, ducks on the pond, little boys who miss their siblings, and a home that’s full of God’s blessings.

Sometimes you just need to step away from the chaos for a little while. ❤️

Between work, both big kids in fall school sports, and completely remodeling our kitchen, we have had our hands full lately. The kitchen may currently look like a construction zone, but every day I’m seeing more and more of the vision come together—and I’m so incredibly grateful for the time, work, and effort we’ve poured into making this house feel like ours.

Tonight, Andrew took a much-needed break from the sawdust, tools, paint, and endless projects to do something a little more relaxing… take a tractor ride with his littlest best friend. 🚜❤️

There’s something pretty special about watching the man you love work so hard to build a home and a life for your family—and then seeing him slow down long enough to enjoy the little moments along the way.

The kitchen will get finished. The projects will eventually get checked off the list. But these moments? These are the ones I want to remember. 🤍

So thankful for this man, this home, the work we’re putting into it together, and the life we’re building one project—and one tractor ride—at a time. 🚜🏡❤️

Busy days on the farm look a little different around here now that summer is over. 🌾❤️

We dropped the big kids off at school, Porter & Nina went on a little zoo adventure, then played outside & got dirty when everybody got home. 🐟🦈☀️

From zoo days to farm days, they are happiest when they’re outside, exploring, getting dirty, and making memories. And honestly… that’s exactly how we like it around here. 🥰🌱🚜
