Slow Cooker Pot Roast

When your college son comes home and all he wants is pot roast, I deliver.

Slow cooked tender beef, carrots, potatoes, peas, and my blend of herbs, seasonings, and broth, cooked low and slow for 10 hours. Fall apart goodness, and each bite is so flavorful. Add your side of your favorite buttery bread.

Chinese Chicken Noodles

My own take on Teriyaki Orange Chicken is elevated to please your palate. Al Dente pasta tossed with breaded fried chicken pieces, sautéed garlic, carrots, sugar snap peas, and onions, tossed in my sweet orange sauce made with orange, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and some secrets I’ll never tell.
