🍂 NEW FLAVOR DROP! A little taste of Belgium, with a Dutch twist. 🇧🇪🇳🇱

Some flavors take you right back to a place, a season, or a memory you wish you could bottle up and bring home. ❤️

For me, that flavor is Biscoff.

During the years I lived in Belgium and my visits to the Netherlands, I developed a serious love for HEMA’s crispy Speculaas biscuits. I’d happily devour a packet alongside a cup of coffee or, even better, dunk them into a mug of the velvetiest Belgian hot chocolate on a chilly autumn or winter day. Those little rituals became some of my favorite memories.

So, with fall in full swing I thought it was only fitting to bring a little of that nostalgia to M.R. Naturals.

Introducing our NEW Biscoff-inspired granola! ✨

Inspired by the caramelized sweetness of Belgian-style Biscoff cookies and the deeper, warming spices of traditional Dutch Belgian Speculaas, this flavor brings the best of both worlds together in one deliciously crunchy, warmly spiced creation.

Think golden caramelized notes, a gentle kiss of spice, and all the cozy autumn feels. Perfect alongside your morning coffee, sprinkled over baked fruit, or enjoyed by the handful when you fancy a little something sweet.

And because this flavor is a little personal, I’m making it available in limited quantities for you to try!

What a weekend. 💛

Brunswick Railroad Days, you were something special.

Even the rain couldn’t keep people away 😅. From Brunswick locals to visitors who traveled in from out of state, we were so grateful for everyone who stopped by the M.R. Naturals table.

We sold out !BUT more importantly we walked away with something even more meaningful: conversations, encouragement, new connections, and so many kind words about something we’ve poured our hearts into.

A special thank you to the city of Brunswick and everyone who worked behind the scenes to bring railroad days together! Your hard work created such a wonderful weekend for local businesses vendors visits in the entire community. We’re grateful to have been a part of it!

To the incredibly talented vendors who shared the weekend with us, thank you for the creativity, energy, and community you brought to Railroad Days. It was such a pleasure to meet so many wonderful people doing beautiful things right here in the region.

And to everyone who took a moment to tell us how much you enjoyed M.R. Naturals, encouraged us to keep going, or shared where you’d love to see us next — Thank you and we heard you. 😆😉😛

Sometimes a vendor sends me a message asking if they can bring something new to the farmers market, and when appropriate, the answer is an immediate, enthusiastic YES.

That was definitely the case when M.R. Naturals asked about bringing their new shelf-stable quinoa crackers to market. No additional paperwork. No additional information needed. Just an immediate… YES. Bring the crackers.

Then I saw the photo... These look AH-MAY-ZING.

I’m pretty sure we’re all going to need to put some out this weekend with cheese, dips, or whatever else you can think of that deserves a really good cracker, because these are sure to be a hot seller on Friday.

At our next Farmers Market, M.R. Naturals will be bringing their Quinoa Granola, a different take on a breakfast staple built around quinoa rather than the traditional oat base.

Some things are bigger than granola.

Not too long ago a loved one was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. Like so many families, we've experienced the heartbreak, uncertainty, and quiet challenges that come with watching someone you care about face this illness.

When I started M.R. Naturals, I wanted it to be about more than creating alternative nourishing food. I wanted it to be a business rooted in purpose and compassion. That's why a portion of our monthly revenue is donated to — to support Alzheimer's Association incredible work they do in advancing research, providing resources for families and caregivers, and bringing hope to those affected by this disease.

To everyone who has chosen M.R. Naturals—whether you've stopped by our table at the Brunswick Farmers Market, shared our story with a friend, or welcomed our granola into your home—thank you. Your support is helping this little business grow, and it's also helping us support a cause that means so much to me personally.

To every caregiver, every family, and everyone whose life has been touched by Alzheimer's, I'm sending you love, strength, and hope. You are not alone. 💜
