Some things are bigger than granola.

Not too long ago a loved one was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. Like so many families, we've experienced the heartbreak, uncertainty, and quiet challenges that come with watching someone you care about face this illness.

When I started M.R. Naturals, I wanted it to be about more than creating alternative nourishing food. I wanted it to be a business rooted in purpose and compassion. That's why a portion of our monthly revenue is donated to — to support Alzheimer's Association incredible work they do in advancing research, providing resources for families and caregivers, and bringing hope to those affected by this disease.

To everyone who has chosen M.R. Naturals—whether you've stopped by our table at the Brunswick Farmers Market, shared our story with a friend, or welcomed our granola into your home—thank you. Your support is helping this little business grow, and it's also helping us support a cause that means so much to me personally.

To every caregiver, every family, and everyone whose life has been touched by Alzheimer's, I'm sending you love, strength, and hope. You are not alone. 💜

The last Friday of June is here, and that means it's time for Brunswick Live! Downtown will be buzzing as shops, restaurants, and local businesses stay open late, making it the perfect evening to stroll, shop, grab dinner, and enjoy everything Brunswick has to offer.

Of course... it's also Market Day, and we'll be filling the Parking Lot with an incredible lineup of local farmers, food makers, and artisans. Whether you're stocking up on fresh produce, finding something handcrafted, or picking up a sweet treat for the weekend, there's something waiting for you.

Come hungry because BBQandTech will be serving up dinner, then stick around and enjoy live music by Kate Smiles while you shop.

Spend your Friday evening supporting local businesses, local farmers, and your community. We'll be here from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, and the fun continues throughout downtown during Brunswick Live, presented by Brunswick Main Street. We can't think of a better way to wrap up June. See you at the market!
