Mums the word, y'all!!! 🪴🌼🪴🌼🪴🌼🪴

There are 300+ mums absolutely jam-packed in the grow room (aka our basement 🤣). This fall we'll have 10 beautiful varieties of Belgian mums blooming during Weeks 39, 40, and 41—roughly September 20 through October 7.

This has definitely been a bigger undertaking than I imagined. 😂 What on earth made me think 350 mums was a reasonable number to start with?!?
In between watering, fertilizing, and trying to keep everyone happy, we're also building a farm stand where we'll be selling them right here at The Red Shoe Farm.

I'm excited (and a little nervous!) to branch out and try something new. There's something incredibly rewarding about watching these little cuttings grow into gorgeous, fall-blooming plants.

If all goes according to plan, we'll have plenty of colorful mums ready to help decorate your porch, patio, or flower beds this fall! 🍂🌼
