First time in 5 years we’ve not had to pull a calf and the largest number of first calf heifers this year. We also purchased feeders to fill our orders and last group leaves this week, so far our yield average is OVER 65%. This little girl has 2 Peewee 4H projects under her belt all on her own, No sales or Sponsor’s , but this year shes finally in it for real. She’s gunning for Millie her older sister. She’s been at her heals all year, at times showing 2 classes above her age. Next year there’s going to be some looooooong rides home!

When Kayla was nominated and her name was among the list of names of the women of Henry county she said “what an honor to just be on this list with these amazing women”. They are the legends of the county, from every corner of the agriculture industry , the women surrounding her are her role models, women that inspire all. This was one of her proudest days to just share the same room with such amazing women. Thank you to ALL the women in Agriculture, most are behind the curtains but we know you’re there and know your struggle’s, commitments and sacrifices.
