I am over here channeling my inner David Rose because I am OBSESSED with these two. 😍 Yesterday was the epitome of a perfect day!

Casey and Daniel are so unbelievably perfect together and it was so fun listening to all of their family and friends reiterate that all night! Everywhere you turned someone was gushing about how great these two are, how well the compliment one another, and how they each bring out the best in the other!

Time is up, how have all weddings not adopted the flower pocket square?! I post about them after every wedding I've photographed that has had them, only like 3 and it's just 100x better than a bout!

Wildflower Weddings at Bend in the River Farms

I think it’s official – Sweeney Barn has the BEST first look juju. Two of the sweetest reactions I’ve seen have happened in this spot! Maikee stressed all day how lucky he felt to be marrying I-Rong, and I think we can all see he truly meant that from the bottom of his heart!

There was a little chill in the air, but that didn’t stop these two from showing off the biggest smiles the whole time. We even took a little drive over to Manassas Battlefield for some more space during their picture time, and it was the PERFECT complement to the delicious fall tones they chose for their color scheme. I mean, check out those florals!!

But – the real icing on the cake was the DANCING that evening! Beyond I-Rong and Maikee’s showstopping first dance on their own, I-Rong also planned a “Friends”-inspired dance routine with her brother, and then Maikee and his dudes killed it with a fully choreographed number for the garter toss! That only set the stage for the rest of the party – everyone clearly had the best time!!

Friday was officially my last wedding of the season, and what a wonderful wedding to end on! Jenn & Elias have the sweetest love story. They were both homeschooled in grade school and every summer participated in a drama seminar together. For years they were just friends until the year they realized their friendship had become something more. Halfway through the week, Elias asked Jen out and they have been together ever since. Elias is in the army and has been deployed overseas for much of their engagement, so these two are just so happy to be married and get to see each other more often! Everyone was all smiles and happy tears throughout the day, the sun shone beautifully all day long, and Jen shared the cutest first look with her grandmother and father. It was a beautiful day and made me once more so thankful to be a wedding photographer.
