Wanted to let everyone know, we are sold out of beef for the year. Our next available beef will be late next spring. THANK YOU to everyone who purchased our beef. THANKS for the positive response as well. We strive to provide genetically superior beef, grown in a comfortable environment, and processed humanely. Our beef is dry aged for a minimum of 21 days. We are reserving spots for 2025 in quarters, halves, and whole beef.
