Wanted to let everyone know, we are sold out of beef for the year. Our next available beef will be late next spring. THANK YOU to everyone who purchased our beef. THANKS for the positive response as well. We strive to provide genetically superior beef, grown in a comfortable environment, and processed humanely. Our beef is dry aged for a minimum of 21 days. We are reserving spots for 2025 in quarters, halves, and whole beef.

Grain fed vs. grass fed

Grain fed doesn’t mean no grass. Grain offers nutrition that grass alone doesnt.

“Is it non gmo grain?”
No, it’s not. A lot of things labeled non GMO has been a GMO at some point. The sweet potato was the original GMO. GMOs will not harm you. No, not even if you eat a whole bunch of them.

Know where your meat comes from, and when you see a steak sitting on your plate remember the thought, care, and time that went into getting that steak to you.
