📔Today’s Diary: My everyday post-workout routine includes almond butter toast – high in good protein and incredibly tasty. It helps my muscles recover and quickly fills up my hungry tummy.

🩴I found a new pair of cloud sandals for post-workout relaxation. They relieve so much pressure on my legs, leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. All the soreness from my workout disappears; it feels like walking on a cloud.☁️

🩳I’m also loving my new workout outfit; it’s flexible, comfortable, and perfect for jogging miles. 💕

New Thai restaurant in town! 🪵Check out Lawa Thai Cuisine in Huntington Beach, CA. 👌It’s my new favorite Thai restaurant! Very delicious! 💕

Lawa Thai use high-quality ingredients, experienced chefs cook with amazing presentation, and offer a modern take on traditional design. It feels like eating in Thailand. 🇹🇭

I can choose my noodle type: thin, thick, spinach, tofu noodle, low-carb, or gluten-free noodle. ❤️ There’s a variety of noodle choices, from all kinds of chicken broth to a variety of pork broth, and there’s also a veggie ramen option. I love their meat lover option with triple chasu: it’s a big portion filled with chasu, and the soup is long-hour cooked, very rich, and flavorful. They also serve all types of fried rice, udon, and curry, along with a lot of appetizers like fried dumplings, takoyaki, and Karaage.
