Good Morning Ladies & Gentlemen, I know it's been forever since we have posted but just wanted to give everyone a little updated. Products have been approved by the USDA, & received word as of yesterday afternoon my application has finally been accepted by VA Tech for the FDA approval, product analysis will begin on July 1st. As soon as this is completed it will be a go to sale to all stores & restaurants. Sorry for those who have been waiting as this has been a very long & expensive process that was not expected but I feel that everything happens in God's timing. Products are still available for purchase directly from me. Please Keep an eye on future post & information on food serving locations & a grand opening at The Coiner Country Store location. Thanks for everyone's continued support & business.

Update. Waiting on delivery of the stove, refrigerator and dish rack tomorrow and we will be ready for inspection. Lots of hard work put in this weekend but it's done. Almost ready for operation.

These Ribs turned out amazing. I used House Mountain Honey Mustard as a binder and applied a nice amount of Hog Wild Rub. After 5 hours on the smoker this is the end result. Makes your mouth water don't it?

This may not be a big deal to some, but this is L&K sauce sitting off the coast of Florida. Who would have thought this just a month ago when the sauce was released. This is just the beginning. I will continue to work hard to achieve my dreams and give my kids the best life possible.
