Good morning guys! We will be set up today, Friday October 2nd at the Dollar Tree in Buffalo. Ready to serve at 11. Danica is baking you guys some cookies this morning and I've got the smoker rolling. This Texas Tw***ie chicken is awesome. It's definitely a must try. And like I said, of course, that's to go along with everything else we've got. This is just my weekly special. I believe The Knife Guy Sharpening Service will be joining us. So if you've got knives, scissors, chainsaws, etc. and they are dull, you should really check it out if you haven't already. It's quick, professional, affordable and you'll be supporting a small local business. Guys as always, thank you and I'll see y'all at the Dollar Tree in a few hours.🔥

Well guys, I went outside to fire up the smoker and it was raining. We looked a little further at the weather, and it looks like it's going to be raining all day today. So we will NOT be setting up today. We will be open Friday, Saturday, & Sunday this week instead. We apologize for the inconvenience and we'll see y'all tomorrow at the Dollar Tree. Thank you & have a wonderful day.🔥

Good morning guys! Well, it's looking like Thursday might have a really high chance of rain and possibly Friday as well but it's still got time to change... This is missouri after all🤫🧐.
Like I said last week, I'm going to do a special that, to my knowledge, no one has done yet; Texas Tw***ie Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast. What I mean by that is, I'm going to stuff boneless skinless chicken breast with the Texas Tw***ie Filling -after a few modifications of course-wrap all of that with bacon and smoke it. And this is after a twenty four hour marinade on the chicken🥹. And I'm probably going to do some fresh cut green beans and roasted potatoes with it. The plate will be $15.
Well if the weather holds out, I'll see you guys Thursday and if not, it'll be Friday. As always, thank you and I'll see y'all soon.🔥
