Latest Two Hands, One Drink is up - I filmed this one when I was at a beach house this summer. Yeah, it's a bit late, but check out that tan! Let's learn all about, S*x on the Beach! 🙂

I was at the beach earlier this summer, so while there I filmed how to make (and discard of) a S*x on the Beach cocktail. Truly horrid - never make this.

I had the great honor of making a Timpano for a much-loved client for her birthday this past weekend. If you've had the chance to see the movie "Big Night", then you know what this is all about.

It took me one full day to prep, and then on the next day, the assembly, cooking, and cooling were more hours still!

But it was worth every minute of work! The result was beautiful, show-stopping, and outrageously delicious!

And of course, if you're getting a group together for a special occasion, this might be something you want to reach out to me for! 😉

Thanks much to my grandmom and Stanley Tucci!

Ok, So a few days back, I told you all about the perfect known as the . And while it really is delicious, the and in me just couldn't help but want to test out some variables to see if I could make it even better!

Long story short, I did!

I tested out variables like using different and combinations of juices, as well as other mixers like .

I laid down the hard testing work of drinking lots and lots of to come up with the perfect for you!

So here we go. Again, pour out 1.5 oz of from a bottle of a beer like . (And of course drink that...) In a small measuring cup that has a pouring spout, mixed together 0.25 oz juice, 0.75 oz juice, and 1.0 oz . Slowly pour this mixture down the inside of the bottle so as to not have it foam up on you.

It works like a dream! It really is the best!

I've done posts about before, but did you know that in these hot summer days you can use the to toast your spices? It's true! It gives a beautiful round , and you are much less likely to burn or over roast them!

Simply place the spices you want to toast in a , and then place them in the sun for about 4 to 6 hours. The heat of the pan will help the toast them nice and evenly! Be sure to keep your eye on it, so that the spices don't go into the shade. And of course, you need a bright sunny day with no clouds and no chance of rain!

The result of the photo you see above, was some of the best powder I've ever made!
