🥮 A Little Greek Bakery Hiding on FM 1187…

If you haven’t found my little bakery yet, I make Greek Baklava in an assortment of flavors, along with Greek treats, breads, honey, olive oils, spices and more.

🍂 Today’s assortment even includes Pumpkin Pie Baklava, bringing a little taste of fall early, alongside several of my other Baklava flavors.

And there’s more hiding behind the bakery! My little indoor vendor market is filled with handmade gifts, art, pottery, crochet, bath & body goodies and all sorts of unexpected finds.

I’m not waiting for fall! Pumpkin Spice Baklava is here TODAY! 🧡

Crispy, flaky phyllo layered with that warm pumpkin spice flavor, honey and all those cozy spices that make the whole place smell like fall walked through the door early. 🍁

🚗 I can be a little tricky to find!
I’m on FM 1187 heading toward Mansfield, in the little business/warehouse area right before Rendon Road. I’m next to Southern Adrenaline Coffee and across from the Pistol Pete’s Tattoo sign. Watch for my signs by the road. If you reach Rendon Road/Hoots, you’ve gone a little too far!

🪵 Handcrafted Woodwork Now in Burleson!

I’ve got another talented local maker inside the shop! HCBSWN by Shawn Nixon creates beautiful handcrafted wooden cutting and serving boards, each made with its own mix of natural wood grains and tones.

These aren’t mass-produced boards. Each one has its own character and would be gorgeous as a cutting board, serving board, charcuterie board, or a really unique gift.

Come in and see Shawn’s work in person while you’re visiting the bakery, and have a wander through the vendor area too. There are lots of different finds tucked away back there!

Due to the numerous requests to "hurry up" with the 🎃Pumpkin Spice baklava... Saturday is the day for those lucky enough to come early before it sells out!

Sooooooo.... This Saturday, Pumpkin Spice Baklava hits the bakery.

Crisp, flaky layers of phyllo with those warm, cozy pumpkin spices that make the whole place smell like fall, even if Texas is still pretending we are in the Sahara Desert. 😂☀️

So here’s the part about how to find me: if you’re driving down 1187 toward Mansfield, when you see Forest Green Street on your right, I’m directly across the road on your LEFT. I’m tucked into a small row of business office/warehouse units, so don’t look for a big traditional bakery storefront. Look for my signs by the road and turn into the little business complex.

I’m before Rendon Road, and if you get to Hoots, you’ve gone too far!

That first warm aroma of cinnamon and pumpkin spice has a way of making it feel like fall is finally on its way… even when Texas temperatures say otherwise.

Well, I’ve decided I’m not waiting for fall.

🎃 Pumpkin Spice Baklava is COMING SOON!

My crisp, flaky rolled Baklava is getting a limited seasonal twist, filled with those warm, cozy spices that make pumpkin spice season something we look forward to every year.

This will be a LIMITED FALL FLAVOR, so keep watching for the official drop date. 🎃 (very soon)
