Anyone else have a complicated relationship with grains? 👋🏼

We’re not about cutting out entire food groups…but we are about preparing them better.

That’s why we love this approach:→ it honors what our ancestors practiced (soaking)→ and layers in what modern science is teaching us (cooling)

At , we’ve found our all around sweet spot in that middle ground—ancestral wisdom + modern insight.

Because more often than not,research is just catching up to what they already knew.

One practical note—I usually make a big batch (4+ cups) and freeze it.

So I cook mine in unflavored bone broth (just bones + water)so it can go any direction later—Asian, curry, classic… whatever we need.

Flavored broth is amazing… until it clashes 😅

Okay but it’s National Pecan Day… so obviously we have to say something when we truly think we have the best organic pecans! Have you ever tried pecans from a small regenerative farm? We promise you can taste the difference!
