Great coffee at home doesn’t have to be complicated. ☕

A few small changes like fresher coffee, better water, and dialing in your brew can completely change your morning cup. That’s what this Mornin’ Brew series has really been about. Helping people make café quality coffee at home without all the intimidation.

Also, there’s only 5 bags left of our Colombia Buesaco Jose Miguel Paz before it’s gone, and I’ve got a new coffee arriving soon that I can’t wait to share with y’all.

Restock is officially live.

Only 15 bags available this round, all roasted in small batches with a lot of care and attention behind every step of the process. Building this company one roast at a time has taught me a lot already, and I’m grateful for everybody supporting the journey while I continue learning, growing, and working toward larger coffee lots in the future.

Every order truly means a lot.

Well… that didn’t last long.

We officially sold out of all our coffee, and I can’t thank y’all enough for the support. Every bag roasted, packed, and sent out means the world to me.

Fresh coffee is already on the way and will be landing within the next week. I’m working to get everything restocked as quickly as possible without cutting corners on quality.
Stay tuned — it won’t be long before we’re back at it.

Grown high in the hills of Hambela Goro, where the air gets thin and the flavor gets bold.
This natural process Ethiopian comes from smallholder farmers pushing well above 2,100 meters, producing a cup that’s as wild as the land it comes from.
Red fruits up front, a rustic sweetness through the middle, and a bittersweet chocolate finish that lingers just right.
This one’s got character.

Mine started in my grandmother’s kitchen when I was about 6 or 7 years old.

And years later, an Ethiopian coffee called Amaro Gayo completely changed the way I understood what coffee could be.
