Today we made a Tuscan Sausage Pasta with left over Hot Italian Bratwurst. There were no leftovers! Super simple recipe; I think this one is a new favorite!

Story time:

This last week I grilled some of the “smoked sausage” product that we offer. I did not like the taste. It tasted like a chemical sanitizer. I spit it in the trash. I may be picky so I had others try it and the conclusion is the same.

With that being said, I have sold smoked sausage to others. I will be contacting those individuals to replace or refund and will be taking the product off my site. I will be meeting with the processor as well.

Not a fun day for me as I am embarrassed for not tasting them before sharing them with others.
