I am proud to present my initial catering menu. A lot of thought. A lot of creating . And a lot of editing. This will be my Day 1 catering menu which averages between 8-9 dollars a person which is a really good price. However the flavor and portioning have far more value , I want to be more affordable and flexible to accommodate my starting out . And let my flavors and creations reach far. This is only the start of something special. Lets enjoy the ride together !!!!

Before i drop my new catering and big order menu that i have been trying to perfect with portions , pricing , and availability . I want to say thank you to everyone for the support so far . And contacting me for event scheduling and big orders in general. My continued support is whats going to keep this going all the way. Let’s all do our best !!! , and follow your dream. Ps don’t worry , in the future i will also implement cajun boils into all of my menu’s. But right now , more people need to taste some Boudin 😁

Another great day serving the community. Sold out all of my supplies by the end. Thank you for all new customers and friends!!! Thanks even more for all of my returning customers that wanted more🤩❤️ Tomorrow will be the same as today , I will have all variety of Boudin Balls . I will also have more Jambalaya. Everything else will come when i get my official truck. Keep in mind i will deliver in town or meet up in spots of your choosing. Cannot wait for tomorrow.
