Celebrate Father’s Day and the summer solstice this Sunday with sockeye salmon sliders fresh off the grill! ☀️

This recipe features Copper River sockeye salmon seared in between two soft slider rolls with shredded lettuce and a homemade tartar sauce.

It’s easy to make and so satisfying!! While this recipe calls for sockeye, you can use any of your favorite Wild Alaskan salmon.
