I haven't figured out where exactly in the bottom 2 today's fits into.. but when the frogs are croaking... The chuck-wills-widows are chirping, coyotes off in the distance... And a bonfire it's hard to just not give a s**t

Every day it gets a little better... So many trees taken down and there is still a couple to come down. But I really need to get the 10 billion cut logs we've stacked outa there first.. 20 hours of mulch work done and I'm amazed at how little there really is... Disappointed kinda...

If any y'all need logs.. I have a 30' 2-2.5' diameter red oak log that's immaculate.. would make an unbelievable beam in a house or cabin... Some shagbark hickory.... I have a 3'+ diameter log that was standing dead.. however it's SOLID 15' no idea what it is.. lots of 12-18" oak white n red, walnut, poplar, maple,.... Possibly a beech in there as well... Come check em out and make me a reasonable offer... WILL BARTER

6-7' black rat snake in the goat pen.... It's no longer in the goat pen and was moved as this biggun wasn't caught in the act but did seem to be sizing up a baby goat... He ran to the trees for a bit but I went back down and he was creepin back up... He did take a pitchfork to the tail as a stern warning....

It's been a rainy ass week... With more on n off expected... So a few hours here; a few hours there as we've been able.....

Still a ton of work to do when we catch a break from the weather.. lots of branches to mulch up.... Still a few more trees to take out and a TON of logs to split... Then w**d whip, then to add the stairs and a 4 wheeler path...
