Today we celebrate one of nature's most nourishing foods and the hardworking farmers, cows, and families behind every glass of milk.

At Simple Roots Dairy, we're grateful for the opportunity to care for our herd and provide fresh, wholesome milk for our community. From early morning chores to evening milking, every day is dedicated to producing quality milk the way nature intended.

Whether you enjoy it cold in a glass, poured over cereal, added to your coffee, or used in your favorite family recipes, today is a great day to appreciate the simple goodness of milk.

This Memorial Day, as we go about the simple rhythms of farm and family life, we pause to remember the brave men and women who gave everything for this country.

The freedoms we enjoy each day — the quiet mornings, the hard work, the time spent with loved ones — came at a cost paid by those who never made it home.

Today, we honor their sacrifice, remember their courage, and hold their families close in our hearts. May we never forget those who gave all for the life we are blessed to live. ❤️🤍💙

Sometimes the chores can wait for a few minutes… because little hands and big imaginations matter too 🤍🚜

Taking a break from farm chores to play “mini farm” with the kids reminds me why we work so hard in the first place. The laundry, feeding, fencing, and endless to-do lists will still be there — but these moments are the ones we’ll remember forever. 🐄🌾✨
