New Recipe! This Raspberry Almond Ricotta Cake is up on the blog and is the perfect farewell to summer. Raspberries are ripe and ready for the picking(I even picked a few of these myself!), and this cake features them twice 👌🏻

I originally made this cake as a celebration cake on the last evening of my children’s summer camp. Two full-size sheet pans of it! Swipe for camp photos 🥰

I loved it so much that I wanted to share a normal sized version with all of you. This cake is especially lovely chilled, as the ricotta cake layers take on and almost a velvet-like quality and pair so nicely with the smooth and punchy raspberry filling and cold vanilla bean whipped cream.

I was desperate to bake and shoot a really spectacular peach pie variation today…so naturally it’s pouring rain.

April showers bring May…portraits. Aren’t these mums incredible!? Hellebore is my absolute favorite, I was so happy to get my hands on a bunch(pun intended) before they disappear for the year 💚
