Legacy Labor, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our growing team in Cadillac, MI!

In this role, you'll help keep our accounting operations running smoothly — processing vendor invoices, handling weekly payments, reconciling statements, and supporting month-end close.

What we offer:
💰 $50,000/year, paid weekly
🌴 10 days paid vacation (+1 earned each year)
🤒 9 paid sick days annually
🩺 Health, Dental & Vision insurance

What we're looking for:
✅ Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
✅ AP or general accounting experience preferred
✅ Proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Office
✅ QuickBooks or similar ERP experience is a plus

We’re looking for a detail-driven HR Coordinator to support our H-2A workforce operations. This role plays a key part in onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management for seasonal agricultural workers.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured processes, working with data, and being an essential part of daily operations.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate onboarding and employee setup across multiple systems
Support weekly payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy
Manage travel reimbursements and employee payment records
Maintain organized employee files and compliance documentation
Assist with employee departures, reporting, and administrative workflows
What We’re Looking For
Experience in HR, payroll, or administrative support
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable working in Excel and multiple systems
