Anyone up for a spicy smashburger?

I made up some quick smashburgers on my new Cuisinart Outdoors 360XL griddle.

I used a sriracha aioli and some pablano peppers along with pepper jack cheese for the spice. TBH, it could've been spicier... but there is always next time.

It's been a bit since I made some chimichurri for my Tri tip. I decided to go with a thick cut tri tip as well which sort of made it feel like eating a steak. Regardless of the cut, this was one tasty dinner!
