I am so excited to be hosting our 1st Petals on Pumpkins Workshop for Ladies Night September 17th. Grab your mama, girlfriends or any other special lady and come design your own unique pumpkin. The most important thing is that these last until at least Thanksgiving when kept inside! Come make one for yourself or someone else who would enjoy it the next 3 months!

What's included
🍂Live pumpkin, the color of your choice
🍂Dried flowers that you get to uniquely design on the top of the pumpkin
🍂Step by step guidance throughout the workshop

There are 3 workshop times to sign up for: 5pm, 6pm and 7pm. Reserve your spot today as walk ups the night of will be limited. There will also be lots of other vendors there to make for such a fun night.

Can you believe it is almost the end of August?? Everyone's favorite dried flower pumpkins will be back starting September 12th. We have been drying flowers and preparing for these since March and I am so excited to start working on them!

We will be back to The Farmers Market at Brock's Gap on September 12th. In the meantime you can still grab a bouquet from our self-serve stand The Bloomhouse in Bluff Park. It is restocked wvery Tuesday at 1pm and Saturday at 8am.

💐AUGUST update💐
If you are a gardener or just enjoy working in the yard you totally understand the hardships of an August farm! Those perfectly managed spring flower rows are long gone. The endless weeds, high bug pressure and constant need to water due to the heat makes it a constant battle to farm in August. People are traveling in July and then busy getting back into a routine in August. We decided this winter that we were going to take the end of July and all of August off. When our customers slow down and are busy we are choosing to slow down our growing as well. But dont worry we are already in the process of flipping beds and planting in order to prepare for fall flowers!

We will not be at any farmers markets for the month of August. The Bloomhouse in Bluff Park will still be stocked with bouquets every Tuesday and Saturday though!

We have had such a busy Spring Wedding Season and we were introduced to some of the sweetest event venues around Birmingham. If you don't know them, the Venue on 20th is in Pell City and it is the cutest space right off main street. We had the honor of creating meadow bouquets for a rehearsal dinner held there. Huge shout out to our fellow flower farmers and for jumping in and sending flowers our way when our zinnias were just a few days behind. I love our people!
