The grass around my garden was getting a little out of control, so I spent some time trimming, pulling, and cleaning it up. 🌱

And around here, nothing goes to waste... the girls were more than happy to help with the cleanup at the end! 🐔💚

Apparently today's treats brought the entire flock to the fence. 😂

Oranges, apples, broccoli, and a few leftovers were on the menu today.

The girls wasted no time letting me know they approved.



Happy hens = delicious eggs.

In this house, we never run out of eggs. 🥚Cooking some today and storing the rest. Nothing beats the taste of fresh eggs...

Cooking some today and storing the rest. Nothing beats the taste of fresh eggs, especially when you know your hens are well cared for and fed the good stuff.

Our girls may be a little spoiled, but they sure keep us stocked! 🐔

Between the happy little clucks, fresh eggs, and watching them run for snacks like tiny dinosaurs… they’ve become one of my favorite parts of our little country life.
