All of the reusable containers are microwaveable, freezer friendly and dishwasher safe. Please return them clean each week with your order in exchange for your second personal set. In order to insure the freshest experience all week long, eat the meals in the listed menu order. If you have received five meals, it is recommended to freeze the last one or two for use later in the week. Microwave from fresh: 2-3 minutes at a time until desired temperature is reached. Start delicate sauces at 10-20 seconds. Microwave from frozen: 3-4 minutes at a time until desired temperature is reached. New customers, please submit your next weeks order by Thursday for the following Monday delivery. Returning customers please include the upcoming weeks’ order form with your containers.
