Can't beat a good tri-tip to start the week off. Simply grilled with some BBQ seasoning (1 of 2, other was plain).

Served with baked potatoes (finished on the grill for a crunch), salad and fresh bread - delicious and have leftovers for steak sandwiches tomorrow!

Enjoyed a couple of pale ales while cooking.

Turmeric and cumin seasoned for a quick and easy . I enjoyed this quite a lot, and it is very quick and easy to make. A nice mix up our usual weekday dinners. Would have liked to make a curry sauce to go with it, but didn't have time!
