Craving ramen but only have ABC Noodles at home? 👀
Say less. 🌶️🍜

I took these Spicy Garlic & Cheese Noodles and gave them my own little ramen inspired twist.

The noodles take less than 2 minutes to make, but you know I couldn’t just leave them alone… 😂

For this one, I mixed the noodle seasoning with some of that flavorful chicken broth, then topped it with tender ginger steamed chicken, a jammy egg, fresh chilies, and spring onions.

ABC Noodles are available at Kroger banner stores, including Ralphs, Kroger, Fred Meyer, Smith’s, QFC, King Soopers, City Market, Fry’s, and Amazon.

So… are we making this tonight or what? Lol 👀

Had to share this Brussels sprouts recipe for those late-night meal cravings.

It’s so quick and simple, and that little drizzle of ABC Sweet Soy Sauce takes it to another level. 🤤

You’ll need:

Brussels sprouts
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp ABC Sweet Soy Sauce
1 tsp chili oil
2 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper

You can find ABC Sweet Soy Sauce at Wegmans, H-E-B, 99 Ranch Market, T&T, H Mart, Seafood City Market, Island Pacific Market, Loblaw, Walmart Canada, and Amazon.

Tried this Fish Nirvana recipe by Chef Nehal Karkera and it was absolutely incredible! The flavors were rich, bold, and so well balanced. Easily a 10/10 from me.

The banana leaf presentation made it even more special. Highly recommend giving this recipe a try!

This cucumber and mint raita is my lighter take on the classic. Just enough curd to coat the cucumbers for that fresh, tangy flavor without the heaviness. A must-try for summer 🌿🥒
