Congratulations to Chefs Bryant Roy, Sam Wdow, Heather Joyce and Jacob Sullivan, who earned a Bronze Medal in today's American Culinary Federation (ACF) Team Competition during the 32nd Annual Chef Culinary Conference at UMass Amherst. The competition featured a Market Basket from which the quartet had to create a three-course menu for 4 servings and one buffet platter for 10 servings.
