The theme for the next two weeks is to just go with the flow and be ready to pivot. Which is different from our normal routine somehow 🤣
With that in mind it was all hands on deck to get our booth set up at the Shaker Heritage Barn Holiday Market! Make sure you check it out, it’s filled with so many amazing businesses!

As farmers, we’re often asked about our “why” or our story.
I’ve been trying to get better at talking about ours, but the reality is… I hate talking about myself. 😂

Want to talk about our friends’ farms or small businesses? I could do that all day.

Want to talk about the issues impacting agriculture? Absolutely.

Want to talk about a particular sheep, what’s happening in the barn, or some new experiment we’re trying in the hives? I’m your person.

But the whole, “Here’s who we are, here’s what we do, and please buy from us” part?

I’m terrible at it.

So I’m working on it. Because our story does matter, and the people behind the farm matter. I just might need to get a little more comfortable being the one telling it.
