Please note that the Pine Tree Cub Scout Pack 200 has placed a collection box for bottles and cans at the West Rockport Station, located on the Route 17 side of the station.

In the interest of safety please park in the station parking lot and walk your contributions over to the collection box.

Cub Scout bottle drive is back in action at a new location! Thank you West Rockport fire station for allowing box at your location. Box is located at the route 17 and 90 intersection on the rt 17 side. All donations go towards funding Pack activities.

Special thanks to Jon Duke, chief Peasely and the Rockport Select Board for helping make this new location possible.

🇺🇸 Happy Flag Day! 🇺🇸

What is Flag Day?
Flag Day is observed each year on June 14 and commemorates the adoption of the United States flag by the Second Continental Congress on June 14, 1777. The resolution stated:

"Resolved, That the flag of the thirteen United States be thirteen stripes, alternate red and white; that the union be thirteen stars, white in a blue field, representing a new constellation."

⭐ What Do the Colors and Symbols Mean?⭐

🇺🇸 13 Red and White Stripes — Represent the 13 original colonies.

⭐ 50 Stars — Represent the 50 states of the Union.

🎖️ Red — Hardiness and Valor

🤍 White — Purity and Innocence

💙 Blue — Vigilance, Perseverance, and Justice

🇺🇸 Quick Flag Etiquette Reminders 🇺🇸

✔️ Display the flag from sunrise to sunset, or illuminate it if flown at night.
✔️ The blue field of stars ("the Union") should always be at the top left when displayed.
✔️ The U.S. flag should not be flown beneath another flag on the same staff.
✔️ When a flag becomes worn or unserviceable, it should be retired in a dignified manner.

🌟 Congratulations to Our 2026 Arrow of Light Scouts! 🌟🎉

What an incredible night as we celebrated our Arrow of Light Pack 200 Scouts crossing over into BSA Troop 200 Camden, Maine 🏹⛺

These Scouts have worked hard, learned new skills, served their community, explored the outdoors, and grown into confident leaders. Earning the Arrow of Light—the highest rank in Cub Scouting—is a tremendous accomplishment, and marked the beginning of an exciting new adventure.

We are so proud of everything they have achieved and can't wait to see where the trail leads next. From Tiger to Arrow of Light, they have created memories, friendships, and skills that will last a lifetime.

Please join us in congratulating our 2026 Arrow of Light recipients as they take the next step on their Scouting journey! 🎊👏
