Pop’s Rock-n-Roll Smoke Shack Pop is retired military, Mimi is retired from Industrial Tooling Industry, & is a Stay at home Mimi. We came up with the food truck idea in 2023.

Smashburgers were a hit. So, we decided to make it work. Here we are now.

Good morning everyone, Pops will be closed until Spring, we are remodeling the trailer for more prep and kitchen space, we will still have Smash burgers and BBQ too but we will be able to cater many different foods, thank you for understanding.

Hello everyone, we are getting ready to wrap it up here at Shelter insurance in Camden, if you were given a ticket by Mrs. Abbott and you didn’t make it by today, make sure you keep it and you can redeem it whenever you see that Pops is going to be open again. It was an honor to cook for our first responders here in Camden and I would like to thank Lorecia Abbot for trusting Pops to feed you guys! Y’all be safe out there and keep your head on a swivel!!

Good morning everyone, I sure hate the long weekend is over. Pops had the opportunity to do a private shindig with some great folks down on the river.
What’s next? Pops will be cooking for our first responders here in Camden, the menu will be Smash Burgers and Pulled Pork sandwiches, a side of fries, drink and a dessert from an up and coming baker here in town. Tickets will be available for the meal from Lorecia Abbott at Shelter insurance here in Camden, and Mrs. Abbott is footing the bill for all first responders, I hope she doesn’t mind me putting that out, she has tickets for the meal so drop by Shelter and get one or call the office and speak with her. I would like to thank her for allowing Pops to be part of it and feeding the folks that keeps Camden safe! This happens on 9/11 for lunch, hope to see you there!

A great day at food truck Sunday, lots of hungry folks coming to get their lunch. Pops did well, we sold out of the Brisket Smash burgers, we will increase the number of burgers next month. Having said that, Pops is going to head another direction with the trailer, Ivy and I have decided to remove the smoker and make room for a bigger griddle and lean more toward the Smash Burger side of things instead of BBQ. Some of the things we have discussed other than the burgers are chicken sandwichs with a waffle bun aka chicken and waffles, fried bologna sandwiches, yes you heard me right, and other things too. Stay tuned and most of all Thank you sincerely for the support!!

Hello everyone, I hope this finds you craving a juicy smash burger…🤩😎. Don’t forget about food truck Sunday folks, there will be some really good food present and one of them happens to be Pops…😃. I’ve been working on the meat for the burgers and I’m going to say this….if you liked my smash burgers before then this new blend of meat will blow your mind. It blew mine, so when church lets out Sunday, come get lunch at one of the food trucks at the ND.
