💙Today I’m sharing a piece of my heart.
Seven years ago, my family and I opened the doors to Peak Nutrition with a dream, a lot of faith, and a passion for helping people live healthier, happier lives.
What happened next was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. ❤️
Over the years we’ve built friendships, celebrated victories, transformed lives, and created a community that means the world to me. Some of you came in as customers and became friends. Some became family.
As many of you know, Peak Nutrition’s final day open will be Tuesday, June 30th.
While it’s bittersweet, my heart is filled with gratitude rather than sadness. 💙💚

While the café chapter is ending, my wellness coaching business is thriving and the mission continues. I’ll still be serving our community through wellness coaching, transformation programs, accountability support, events, and wellness pop-ups. 💙
I’m not going anywhere. I still live here, I still love this community, and I truly believe the best is yet to come. ✨
