❤️🇵🇷MY HEART IS FULL OF GRATITUDE!

Yesterday’s Una Tarde en Puerto Rico was truly amazing, and I’m still trying to find the words to express how grateful I am for everything and everyone who made it so special.

As I reflect on this journey with Roxie’s Puerto Rican Cuisine, I realize that this is about so much more than food. It’s about the people we meet, the relationships we build, the connections we make, and the community that continues to show us love and support. ❤️

To everyone who attended yesterday’s event, to our wonderful customers who continue to support our small business, to the people who believe in our vision, and to everyone who has opened a door, extended a hand, or connected us with new opportunities, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! 🫶🏽

Every conversation, every smile, every new connection, and every person who takes the time to support Roxie’s means more to me than you know.

Being able to share a piece of Puerto Rico, our culture, our traditions, and our flavors here in Wisconsin is something I’m incredibly proud of. 🇵🇷🌴 And seeing people come together to celebrate that reminds me why I started this journey in the first place.
