…..1st Show of the year- Rice County Fair- Faribault MN. Great Open Sheep show.
Traveled with the Hampshires and Southdowns- always a great ‘break in’ show for the lambs!

Southdown Females garnered Champion and Reserve honors on January and Fall ewe, respectively.
Hampshire show
Bucks were 2nd and 2nd on Fall and January( January pictured)
Females- Yearling ewes were 1st and 3rd- Brule’ and Mayday, respectively,
Fall ewes were 2nd and 4th
Jan and March ewes were both 2nd in their respective classes
Brule’- yearling ewe was Champion Hampshire and ended up as Supreme Champion ewe!
A great surprise at the end of a hot day!!
