Things I learned today, decorating cupcakes with homemade buttercream frosting.

1) Let your homemade frosting chill overnight before you use it.
2) Don't decorate cupcakes with freshly made frosting by the hot oven you just baked cupcakes in.
3) Have patience!

Trail and error are the only ways we learn.
At least they taste delicious.
