Been busy processing fruit!! Strawberry Jam, and Vanilla Peach Jam both available in half pint jars. Have a few pint jars of the Strawberry Jam. Tomorrow will finish Strawberry Jalapeño Jam and Peach Bourbon Jam.

Strawberry Jam and Strawberry Jalapeno Jam completed today!!! Ran out of jelly jars so these are in pint jars.
With this and the Blackberry completed 50 jars total done today!

Been refocusing on canning instead of bread for a little bit as I have a freezer full of fruit and a garden that is producing lots of peppers and cucumbers.
I'm also look at new places to sale my products since The Happy Hoe Farm Market & Creamery closed. Let me know of places.

I supplied sourdough brioche loaves, jalapeño cheddar loaves, sourdough dinner rolls, chocolate chip sourdough loaf, and no bake chocolate cookies. I have numerous new followers so wanted to send out some information on Mama T's.
If you don't know, I work as a nurse 3 days a week which is typically Weds-Friday and cook over the weekend through Tuesday. There are times that I have to rotate my days this week and next week being one of those weeks. So I worked Mon-Weds and I get to start playing in the kitchen tonight! Starting bread and cookies today! Will be making a delivery to The Happy Hoe Farm Market & Creamery on Friday or Saturday morning! I will keep you updated. If there is anything in particular that you are wanting send me a DM. I am very willing to try to also make orders on days I work if you place the order ahead of time.

🌽 WEBBERS FALLS SWEET CORN IS ARRIVING! 🌽

We're making a trip this evening to pick up fresh-picked Webbers Falls sweet corn, and it will be available at The Happy Hoe Farm Market & Creamery when we open tomorrow morning!

Nothing says summer quite like sweet corn on the grill, and this corn is coming straight from the field to our shelves.
