Last but not least is a reimagined item for our summer menu - Basin’s Bruschetta. It now features a watermelon and feta mix atop toasted baguettes drizzled with balsamic glaze and basil. It’s light and refreshing with a crispy crunch.

There are numerous ways to connect with God in nature, including studying the scripture outdoors. Music often elevates the experience, and we are excited to announce that we are bringing both to a special summer series of our BrewPastors BrewGroup gatherings on the following dates, with acoustic worship music by our friend, Tim Estes. All gatherings take place from 6:30-8 pm.

July 1: Fireside Fellowship - Bring a friend who hasn’t attended a gathering before. Make new friends and connect through song.

August 26: Psalms of Summer - Featuring a selection of worship songs, paired with a study of a corresponding psalm.

September 9: Knowing Nature - Finding restoration and peace in the outdoors with accompanying scripture and song.

If you’ve never attended a gathering, we’d love to see new faces join us for one or all of these sessions. To learn more about BrewPastors and their mission, click here: https://brewpastors.org/

With a harvest season of May through September, payapas actually have TWO national recognized months - June and September. But let’s get ahead of the game and highlight it earlier rather than later.

Our June sangria is strawberry lemonade featuring our Altitude (Chardonnay) wine with lemonade, strawberries and raspberries. Our slushies are cherry Triad, concord Conquer and non-alcoholic mango.

The Hungry Hiker is featuring a gourmet, wine-marinated hot dog with bacon, baked beans and crispy onions and a house made raspberry peach cake for dessert. For Thursday’s happy hour (5-7 pm only) it has 50 percent off summit snacks (excluding the packbasket charcuterie.)

Papayas are technically classified as berries. If you join us Thursday, June 11, we know you’ll be ‘berry’ happy because Austin Haig plays from 6-8 pm.

Papayas contain an enzyme that can tenderize meat. Friday, June 12, brings tunes to soften your mood courtesy of Nick Bonner from 6-8 pm.

Christopher Columbus referred to papayas as ‘fruit of the angels.’ That’s a high compliment. And we have one for Saturday, June 13 - the new-to-Lost-Trail performers Backwood Boyz are super talented. Watch them from 5-8 pm.

We’ve got so many ‘pulp’ular performers and activities this week it’s un’peel’ievable!

We’re bringing back a staple for our summer menu - our Forest Foliage salad featuring a satisfying mix of strawberries, cucumber, feta cheese and croutons atop a bed of mixed greens. It is served with our Lost Trail ‘basecamp dressing’ which is similar to a white French.
