and quickly fell in love with the friendly and hardy nature of Boer goats. My husband, a full-time railroad conductor, grew up on a small farm and has always had a connection to agriculture. Inspired by his family's farming history, he developed an interest in breeding and specializing in Boer goats. I work part-time as a critical care nurse and am pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree full-time. While life keeps us busy, our goats are our passion, bringing us joy and purpose beyond our careers. On our farm, we prioritize healthy, well-socialized goats raised with dedication

Sweetheart had her kids and just like last year she had 4 again. Everyone started out fairly strong but the smallest started to lose steam and stopped fighting for a place at the milk. So, for the time being we are going to do our best to nurse this little Cupcake back to health and strength. Buddy has appointed himself the nanny and promises to keep a close eye on her! 🐐💛

Momma goat may have called off today, but the rest of the household stepped up 🐐

This little girl got the full spa treatment: warm bath, towel dry, blowout, and LOTS of snuggles. Honestly, she loved every second of it. Meanwhile the dogs immediately appointed themselves as assistant mothers and supervised the entire operation like seasoned NICU nurses.

Farm life is chaos… but cute chaos.
