Extended hours!

✏️ You asked. We listened.

One of the requests we've heard over and over is:
👉"I wish you were open later!"

So... we're going to give it a try! 😊

Beginning August 1, Rooted: ETX Local Goods + Market and Flying Pig Coffee will be open from 7 AM–7 PM, Monday through Saturday for a two-month trial during August and September.

That means Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are getting an extra 2½ hours, staying open until 7 PM instead of 4:30 PM!!

We hope these extended hours make it easier for:
🍎 Teachers heading home after school
👨‍👩‍👧 Busy families
💼 Those working traditional business hours
🚗 Anyone who's wanted to shop local but couldn't make it before we closed
📚 Students and tutors who are looking for a quiet place to engage in their studies
☕ Coffeeholics who need that late evening wind down cup of coffee!

We're excited to see if this allows more of our community to stop in, grab dinner ingredients, pick up fresh bread, enjoy a coffee, or simply browse after work.

This is a trial, and your support during these evening hours will help us decide if we can make it a permanent change.

Thank you for continuing to help us grow, adapt, and build a market that serves our community well. We can't wait to see you after work and school!

Meet Feels Like Summer. 🍉☀️

Our newest smoothie is made with watermelon, strawberries, mango, pineapple juice, and fresh lime—nothing artificial, just real fruit.

The best part? We know everyone asks for watermelon long after summer ends, so we're freezing local watermelon from Hwy 19 Produce and Berries now to keep this favorite around as long as we can ❤️🍉

We're obsessed with this one!

Just dropped a few cantaloupe at Rooted: ETX Local Goods + Market, while I was there grabbed a Melonberry refreshing melonberry twist juice. This juice is DELICIOUS 10/10 need to give it a try!! Open the bottle to sweet aroma from the cantaloupe to a taste of sweet satisfaction of yeah that’s the good stuff right there!!

You asked, we delivered, more Blueberry Liver Lovers plus a new Watermelon Liver Lover. The labels are really similar so be sure to check you're getting your favorite. Also Melonberry Twist featuring Hwy 19 Produce and Berries cantaloupe! Its so dang good we wanted to keep it all for ourselves! Let us know if you love it or hate it.
