Falcone's Authentic New York Style Cheesecakes Business is Closed However, when we embarked on the quest to find our favorite dessert: rich, decadent cheesecake, we found a serious lack in this area!

When we relocated to beautiful South West Florida, we were able to locate many of our favorite foods, and the ingredients for our favorite traditional meals and specialties. Having grown up in Brooklyn, home to the famous Junior's Bakery on DeKalb Avenue, and been lucky enough to have home made cheesecakes baked by Neil's Mom, his Aunt Dolly and Uncle Matty, we were looking for a thick, creamy, y

et FIRM cake with the multiple flavors of cream cheese and sour cream, and the FRAGRANCE of tart lemon or orange and the wonderfully vanilla scent of warm sponge cake. Even sampling the variations at the popular CHEESECAKE FACTORY resulted in disappointment in both texture, and richness of flavor. And, so, Neil set about trying to recreate the cake we remembered so fondly. After some trials with parts of two or three different recipes he found in his mother's Address Book (isn't that where EVERYONE keeps their family recipes?) he finally hit on the perfect combination, and WOW! Sample some today, and see if you don't agree! The cakes are custom made to your order! They can even be made with all organic ingredients, many from local markets.
