Did you know that any certified organic honey can’t be from the U.S? It has to be imported, AND pasteurized using very high temps. One of the amazing benefits of honey comes from the natural pollens and enzymes that are retained, & when pasteurized (& from so far away) we lose those healing properties.🍯
